Our Privacy Philosophy
CloseLoop is built on the foundation of high-performance lead engagement and deep data isolation. We believe that your business data and your leads' privacy are paramount. This policy outlines how we manage, process, and protect information within our secure, multi-tenant environment.
Type of Data We Process
As a high-fidelity business operations platform, we process two primary categories of data:
- Tenant Data: Information related to our business customers, including account details, branding configurations, and operator identity.
- Lead Data: Information submitted by end-users via tenant-controlled engagement forms, processed as a data processor for our tenants.
Data Isolation & Multi-Tenancy
Our "Zero-Latency Architecture" is engineered for absolute isolation. We utilize advanced Row-Level Security (RLS) and logical schema partitioning to ensure that data remains strictly confined to its originating tenant environment. Tenant data never leaks, and cross-tenant access is architecturally impossible.
Purpose of Processing
We process data to enable modern business operations, including:
- Unified lead capture and pipeline organization.
- Automated appointment scheduling and calendar synchronization.
- Identity refinement and brand fidelity management.
- Scale-ready analytics for business operators.
Security Standards
CloseLoop implements enterprise-grade security protocols:
- Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
- Access Control: Granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) ensures operators only see what they are authorized to manage.
- Tenant Keys: Sensitive data can be integrated with tenant-specific encryption keys for enhanced privacy.
Data Ownership
You own your leads. CloseLoop provides the elite infrastructure to manage them, but the rights to the lead data remain with the tenant. We do not sell, share, or monetize lead data for any purpose outside of providing our core services.
