Service Mastery

By engaging with CloseLoop, you gain access to an elite-tier environment designed for high-performance lead engagement. Use of the service constitutes agreement to these terms, which distill our complex computing systems into clear operational boundaries.

Tenant Rights & Access

Each tenant is granted a private, secure workstation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your operator accounts and ensuring that your brand fidelity is upheld across all engagement points. Unauthorized access or infrastructure tampering will result in immediate termination of the environment.

Zero-Latency Commitments

We pride ourselves on our edge-optimized infrastructure. CloseLoop guarantees a high state of availability and performance. However, "Zero-Latency" refers to our architectural design intent and local performance optimizations; actual network speeds may vary based on global internet conditions.

Data Control & Ownership

The tenant retains full ownership of all leads captured through the platform. CloseLoop solely provides the data processing engine and unified pipeline tools. Upon termination of service, tenants have the right to a secure export of their lead data.

Usage Policy

CloseLoop is built for high-integrity business operations. We prohibit:

• Engagement with scraped or non-consensual lead lists.
• Automated spamming or deceptive marketing practices.
• Attempting to bypass data isolation or Row-Level Security barriers.

Termination

Service may be terminated by either party with notice as defined in your onboarding agreement. Upon termination, tenant environments are decommissioned and data is archived then securely erased following a grace period.
